Why is Gateway 400SD3 burnning smell out of the outlet?
I plugged my adapter for laptop and after strong smell even a few seconds of "burn" is out and I immediately unplugged the adapter. Before this incident to these days while using my laptop, my screen flashes kept as if the laptop is "losing power, to return to power, losing power, Going back to power. "Can anyone help me with that and if the PSU?
If you need to ask this question don `t try to settle this your self. a burning smell burning! At the very least you screw up the laptop permanently but I seriously agree with Chrys. Get a pro to look right away or set fire brigade local number on speed dial NOW!
